2. Dispatch & Delivery
- Free UK delivery on custom cable orders is a 3-5 day service. Please allow 1-3 days for dispatch and 1-2 days for delivery. In most cases orders will be delivered by Royal mail 2nd class standard
- Express UK delivery is ‘same day dispatch’ on orders placed before 2pm, with a 1-2 day delivery estimate. Using Royal Mail First Class or Next Day Courier for orders of 2kg or more
- UK Next Day Guarantee is ‘same day dispatch’ on orders placed before 2pm, and delivered via next day courier
- International Orders. We ship to most countries in the world. 247 countries are included at checkout, if yours is not please contact us directly for a quote
3. Returns & Replacements
- You have 30 days to request returns
- Items must be unused
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are credited back within 2 days to the original payment method
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
- We do not accept returns on custom made items where a design has been specified or where items have been ordered in on request
- We offer a 1 Year warranty on all designacable leads. If your cable develops a fault we will exchange or repair the goods

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for damage to equipment incurred during operation or use of our products where an item has been improperly used. Please contact our Technical Team for advice prior to ordering if you are unsure about your requirements. Our technical advice is insured by a £4million public liability insurance

Credits and Balances Due
Refunds are credited back within 2 days. The same method will be used to refund the amount that was used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will refund your credit card account, we will not refund in any other way or to any other form than the one in which the purchase was made
Backorders
You will be notified by email if your order cannot be shipped within the time scale offered at checkout
