H07RN-F flexible rubber heavy duty cable

This cable is ideal for outdoor use in harsh environments. It is impenetrable to oil and other substances and is flame retardant. The tough rubber jacket on this cable ensures that it can be jumped on, pushed into the dirt, dragged in and out of the back of your van and will still be safe for use. It is used in heavy industry for this very reason. Its not cheap and its not light but it will last.
