Silent Wireless Performance for Sennheiser FREEPORT Systems
Modern digital wireless systems now deliver cable-like response with ultra-low latency, giving guitarists and bass players stage freedom without sacrificing feel, dynamics or tone.
This custom-built wireless guitar cable is designed for Sennheiser FREEPORT bodypack systems, offering improved flexibility, durability and reliability compared with many standard stock transmitter leads.
Built using flexible Van Damme Pro Patch Lite cable with Switchcraft 35HDLBAUS Locking 3.5mm Mini Jack Plug and Neutrik NP2X-AU-SILENT Gold Plated Silent Mono Jack Plug, this lead is ideal for live performance, rehearsals, worship setups and professional wireless rigs.
Important: Silent jack usage
Neutrik silent jacks include a built-in switching mechanism that mutes the signal when unplugged. While highly useful for live performance and rehearsals, this internal mechanism makes them more delicate than standard jack plugs.
We do not recommend silent jacks for heavy touring use or situations where cables are subject to frequent impact, strain, or rough handling.
Please note: due to the nature of the silent jack mechanism, we do not offer warranty on silent jack connectors. Standard jack options are recommended for maximum durability in demanding environments.

Performance & Build Quality
Wireless transmitter cables need to remain lightweight, flexible and dependable under constant movement. This build uses Van Damme Pro Patch Lite Instrument Cable for low handling noise, reliable signal transfer and long-term durability.
The Switchcraft 35HDLBAUS Locking 3.5mm Mini Jack Plug provides a secure bodypack connection, while the Neutrik NP2X-AU-SILENT Gold Plated Silent Mono Jack Plug is selected for dependable instrument connectivity.
The Silent jack option allows instruments to be unplugged quietly, helping reduce loud pops and unwanted amplifier noise during instrument changes.
Each cable is hand-built and individually tested in the UK before dispatch.
Why Upgrade From Stock Wireless Leads?
Many stock wireless transmitter cables are designed as lightweight general-purpose accessories rather than long-term professional solutions. Upgrading to a professionally assembled lead can improve flexibility, connector reliability, handling noise performance and overall durability for regular live use.
