This LC-LC OM4 fibre optic patch cable is designed for high-performance data transmission in data centre and enterprise network environments. Wiring Notes
This fibre optic cable transmits data as pulses of light through two internal glass fibres rather than electrical signals. A device at one end converts data into light, which travels along the fibre core and is then converted back into data at the other end. The duplex design allows simultaneous sending and receiving of signals, while the OM4 multimode fibre supports high-speed, high-bandwidth data transmission. The LC to LC connectors provide a compact, high-density connection suitable for modern fibre network equipment.
